千代田トーストマスターズクラブ

2025–2026年の千代田トーストマスターズクラブ（千代田TMC）の会長を務めることになりました佐藤と申します。

 

千代田TMCは第1回開催の2007年10月以来、約18間年間継続しています。

でも、継続は“歴史”という事だけではなく、常に新しい気持ちで“変化”し続けています。任意団体ですので「来るもの拒まず、去る者追わず」の精神ですが、決して守りには入っていません。熟達した経験者から、フレッシュな視点を持った新規参加者まで、様々な方が在籍している事が千代田TMCの強みです。

 

さて、今年度の千代田TMCのテーマは――「ゆるくやる」です。

 

……いきなり「ゆるくやる」と言われて驚かれた方もいるかもしれません。

でも、このページをご覧になっている時点で、皆さんにはもう十分なモチベーションがあります。

忙しい中でも、自分を高めたい、自分の言葉で話したい、そんな思いがあるから、このサイトにたどり着いたのだと思います。

 

千代田TMCには、会社員、専門職、そして20代から70代までの多世代の男女が集まっています。

みんなそれぞれ、人生の各々のステージで頑張っていて、日々フルスロットルで動いています。このページにたどり着いた貴方と同じように、日々の仕事・生活に忙しい日々を送っています。

だからこそ、ここでは、少しだけギアを緩めてみませんか？

 

完璧を目指すより、まずは「話してみる」。

評価を恐れるより、「やってみて、笑って、振り返る」。

そうやって、気軽に・楽しく・自然体で続けることで、スピーチも、リーダーシップも、気づいたらちゃんと身についている——そんな千代田TMCにしていきたいと思っています。

 

長く続けることこそ、力になる。

無理せず、でもあきらめず。

皆さんそれぞれのペースで、楽しんでいきましょう！

Chiyoda Toastmasters President’s Greeting (2025–2026)

Hello, everyone.

My name is Sato, and I am honored to serve as the President of Chiyoda Toastmasters Club (Chiyoda TMC) for the 2025–2026 term.

Since our very first meeting in October 2007, Chiyoda TMC has continued for over 18 years.

But “continuing” doesn’t just mean preserving history — it means always embracing change with a fresh perspective.

As a voluntary community, our spirit is “open to all, and free to come and go.” But that doesn’t mean we’re passive or stagnant.

In fact, our greatest strength lies in the wide range of members — from seasoned speakers with deep experience to newcomers bringing fresh ideas.

Now, the theme for this year is:

“Take It Easy.”

…Some of you might be surprised by this theme.

But the fact that you’re reading this already shows you have enough motivation.

Despite your busy life, you’ve made it here — perhaps because you want to grow, or to find your voice.

At Chiyoda TMC, we have professionals, students, entrepreneurs, and members in their 20s to 70s — all walking different life paths.

Just like you, they’re juggling work, life, and personal growth — often at full speed.

That’s why, here at Toastmasters, I invite you to shift down a gear — just a little.

Instead of aiming for perfection, just give it a try and speak.

Instead of fearing judgment, try, laugh, and reflect.

By continuing in this relaxed, fun, and authentic way, your communication and leadership skills will grow — almost without realizing it.

Staying with it — that’s where the real power lies.

No need to force it. No need to give up.

Let’s enjoy this year at our own pace.

And don’t worry — our officer team will support you “gently, but reliably,” every step of the way.
